Margarita Monday

Whew, the holidays are over.....time for a New Year's toast!! I made this card
using this sketch:
Sketch #057 over at Skipping Stones Designs. I used their Margarita Birthday
stamp this adorable or what? Everything I used is in that set! Stamped
and inked edges in Tim Holtz Peeled Paint distress ink, stamped the images in
Memento tuxedo black and colored in with copics (#YG23, YG67 & C-1). The
sentiment is stamped on Spellbinders labels 14. The circles are foam dotted on
the black strip. I did think about "salting" the rims with some glitter or beads,
but I just found myself enjoying the clean simplicity of the background too much!
I didn't think I'd like it competing with the other layers. Maybe next time!

Now, I think it's Cocktail Hour.....time for a little "Monday Margaritaville" right Until next time.....Cheers!!
