Yes, we just found Spring, and I'm already sharing 4th of July!! Looking forward to sunny warm days ahead! But it's in honor of National Scrapbook Day (NSD) that I've made this cute pocket page using the brand new Doodlebug Patriotic Picnic collection:
And why for NSD?? Because it's a super special this weekend at Hannah's in Antioch, IL!! We are doing a free make n' take of the sweet little pocket with the sequins and stars in it and using the new WRMK fuse tool!! And as a bonus, if you'd like to have this sweet page kit for your PL book, it's only $5 to take it home!! It's full of all sorts of Doodlebug goodies, like washi tape, mini doilies, sequins, vellum, and of course the amazing paper!! Make sure to stop by Hannah's this weekend--we are even giving away a Minc and a WRMK fuse tool, plus a few goodies bags....just spend $25 and get a raffle ticket! With all the new product in store.....come by this weekend, check it out, and play with the new fuse tool while you are there!
Thanks for stoppin' by today! Have a great weekend!!

New month, new challenge at Scrap It Girl! This month....use black and white and one color to add a POP of color!!
I had a GREAT time joining in an online crop just over a week ago, with Paper Issues. They issued all sorts of challenges, and I decided to use one of my challenge items as an example for the Pop of Color challenge at Scrap It Girl:
Sometimes clean and simple is just right....a little Dylusions Ink splatter,Doodlebug paper, letters, and October Afternoon letters, enamel dots are from Recollections.
Make sure to check out the challenge....you can link up your Pop of Color creation HERE on this post. You can see more inspiration on the Scrap It Girl blog HERE.
And before I go, going to share I was excited to have won the Grid Layout challenge over at Paper Issues! this LO using the new Bella Blvd. Color Chaos line....hey, perfect for the challenge...yet, funny....I left this one entirely B&W....think it's a pretty striking background for these pics....one of my new faves:
