I just cannot believe it's been sooooo long since my last post! Well....I was
cleaning out the old scrappy space....and the good news is.....keep your
eye out for a few blog candy goodies coming soon to a blog near you
(um, here....lol). In the meantime....I made a little card for the Tuesday
Card Challenge on the BoBunny Blog, as you can see above. This time
the "challenge" was flourishes....and the BoBunny Mama-Razzi line is
full of them! I used the chipboard, papers, and brads.....also I used this
sticker from the Mama-Razzi collection.....
Amazing what a little altering can do huh?? This is a card for my DH for
Father's Day...shhhhhh, don't tell!
Back soon with more goodies....especially now that I have a clean scrappy
space to play in!!

Sketchy Inspiration....
I have recently discovered the beauty of sketch inspiration!! You can follow
a sketch exactly, or you can tweak it up and make it almost entirely your
own. I'm STILL working on our 2007 Disney Cruise....enter Sketchy
Thursdays (which you can find HERE). The above awesome LO is thanks
to first off.....the best Disney papers and stickers from the Reminisce Magic
collection--in the above LO, the red polka dot is from the border stickers
from this line, the stars, the letters, and the journal box are as well. The
navy, silver and white background paper (that matches Mickey's hat just
perfectly!!) is also from Reminisce (in the Magic line called "superstars").
Secondly, this LO came together because of this sketch from Sketchy
Thursdays:
Yep, I think sketches may be my new best friend! At least until I get
caught up on my scrapping....lol......which may be awhile since I'm still
finishing a cruise from 2007.....just sayin'.....lol.
Make sure you find some time to craft everyday!!

Sketch Time
This sketch from Skipping Stones Designs is so beautiful in it's simplicity!!
I changed it up a little and came up with this card:
I used 2 SSD stamp sets....."Healing Wings" for the sentiment, and
one of my favs....."Heartsong" for the music (embossed in black) and
the butterflies (chalk "popped" with Pebbles shimmer chalks on a
versamark pad). I finally broke my new spellbinders doily die out
on this one!
'Til next time!
