Summer Sentiments

Hey everyone!  I've got a couple of cards to share with you today!  These are posted over on The Rubber Cafe' blog with all the details on how to create them!

There is something so cheerful about pinwheels and bright colorful papers like these from Doodlebug!  Find all the details on this card HERE.

This was my first try at a direct to paper ink pad swiping technique I've seen around, simple, a lot of impact, and a great CAS look!  The Distress Ink minis from Tim Holtz are perfect for this!  More details HERE.

Thanks for stoppin' by today....oh, and did you know you can actually sign up for the kit of the month club with the awesome stamps?  You get so many goodies in each and every kit too!  You can find out more about the Creative Cafe' kits HERE.

Paper House Beach Hop!!

Hi everyone!!  Today I'm hoppin'!  Please enjoy two hops here today.....this post from the Paper House Beach Hop and the one below, which is the Scrappin' Your Stash Hop.....hope everyone will enjoy both!  So much great inspiration!  And if you haven't already, make sure to go back and see ALL the projects from the Beach Hop this week....the DT really was amazing!  I created this printer's tray project as a memory of our beach trip:

I love using these trays....they are easy to hang anywhere, and fun to decorate.....they make great gifts too!

I've used Paper House beach paper, Chipoxy stickers as accents, a few rhinestones, and some rope cording to add just a touch of the beach.  A few Prima flowers and of course the Paper House Snapshots.  I'm in love with these....they make the perfect embellishment!!  I love their white border, and for a few of them, I've popped a black cardstock mat under them to make them pop.

Thanks for stoppin' and thank for hoppin' today....and remember, the post below this (HERE) is a hop full of more inspiration!

Supplies Used:
Paper:  Paper House-Endless Summer Paper Pad  PP-0041RTE;  AC cardstock, white, black
Embellishments: Paper House- Just Beach Chipoxy Stickers STCP-0001RTE, At the Shore Snapshot stickers STSS-0006RTE;
Prima flowers, asstd ribbons; Recollections rhinestones.
